Job Summary

General Hotels Corporation has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team! The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at our hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest information and room assignments
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Ensuring that the front desk area is clean and organized

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
