Job Summary

AutoZone's store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As a Delivery Driver, you'll put your safe driving skills to work and enjoy career stability with endless growth opportunities. Plus, no Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required, and you'll use company-provided vehicles!

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice.
• Delivery Operations: Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately.
• Returns & Pickups: Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions: Process customer payments securely.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License & adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus.
